-The Company is not responsible for financial losses resulting from market conditions, tenant actions, or unforeseen property-related expenses.

-We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee specific investment outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a property owner or tenant using our services, you agree to:

-Provide accurate and complete information related to your property or rental needs.

-Comply with all applicable laws, lease agreements, and property-related regulations.

-Communicate promptly regarding any issues, concerns, or necessary maintenance.

-Not misuse, misrepresent, or attempt to exploit our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Fees & Payments

-Fees for property management and related services are outlined in the service agreement between the Company and the client.

-Late payments may result in additional charges or service termination.

-Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

5. Third-Party Services & Referrals

The Company may recommend or engage third-party service providers, including maintenance vendors, real estate professionals, and financial advisors. While we strive to partner with reputable providers, we:

-Do not guarantee the performance, pricing, or outcomes of third-party services.

-Are not liable for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from third-party services.

-May receive referral fees or commissions for third-party service recommendations, which will be disclosed where applicable.

6. Privacy Policy
